The services offered by Tesi s.r.l. are based on the experience gained over the years by expert personnel engaged in the maintenance and installation of complex plants such as steel and metallurgical ones, and always up-to-date on the latest available technologies.

A well-equipped mechanical workshop enables us to perform in-house most of the machining operations on machine tools required to manufacture components and spare parts according to our own or the customer’s drawings.

We specialize in the relocation and overhaul of machinery and production lines, either partially or on a “turnkey” basis, and have expanded to include the buying and selling of second-hand (new or used) machines and plants.

Compliance with safety regulations is paramount: each machine is accompanied by a Declaration of Conformity and, if required, a report from a licensed certifying body. Customer support extends to the entire life cycle of the machine, up to and including buy-back or trade-in when changed production needs require it.

Purchase and sale of equipment

We have a wide availability of second-hand machinery, offered to customers either as-is, or fully overhauled, optionally fitted with new components, and finally installed. Upon receiving a request from the customer, our technicians select the suitable equipment to meet the specifications from among those available in our warehouse, or from our correspondents.

Reconditioning and technological upgrades

Production lines that are no longer fully reliable are overhauled with new electrical, electronic, and fluid-dynamic systems to restore their ability to reliably produce high-quality products. This will reduce delivery times, costs, and material waste.

Improvement, alterations, and customization

One of our trademarks, which differentiates us from our competitors, is the ability to identify weaknesses in existing machines jointly with the customer and improve their performance with targeted upgrades, which are designed by our technical department and which, if necessary, can go as far as the replacement of complete assemblies, produced by TESI or possibly also purchased from the manufacturers of the new machine.

Reconstruction from scratch and transformation of equipment

At the customer’s request, starting from existing lines or machines, we design and manufacture lines for new types of products with significantly less time and cost than new.

Plant installation and relocation

We operate on old production lines even without being provided the appropriate technical documentation. We take care of the turnkey job order, including design from scratch of foundations and layout.

Maintenance

This service is mainly, but not exclusively, aimed at sales and after-sales support on the machines we supply. We are particularly specialized in the maintenance and remanufacturing of levellers.
